Practice Nurse with view to Nurse Manager

Menlo Park are working with a very highly regarded and genuinely forward thinking GP surgery, looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join the team with a view to becoming Nurse Manager. The practice requires someone with Primary Care experience, comfortable with routine Practice Nurse responsibilities as well as Chronic Disease Management experience. There would be a mixture of clinical workload and management, representing the nursing team etc. This is a superb opportunity to join a very well-established and respected team that is very supportive regarding the progression and development of all staff members.

Salary – £35,000 – £42,600 per annum DOE + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays + Indemnity + Employee Assistance Program

Location – Bicester/North Oxford

Your role –

• Need experience as a Practice Nurse in Primary Care
• Full time position
• Benefit from a very supportive and long standing team around you
• Be experienced with the routine practice nurse duties and experience with LTCs
• Lead the nursing team and represent the team in meetings, etc
• Work closely with managers and partners to ensure delivery of high quality care
• No home visits
