Learn MoreThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Practice Nurse to join a highly regarded, friendly, and forward-thinking GP surgery in the Ipswich area. The practice is extremely well respected locally, with outstanding staff retention, a supportive team culture, and a genuine focus on work–life balance.
You’ll be working in a modern, purpose-built practice serving a semi-rural population with a strong sense of community. The team is well structured, easy-going, and highly collaborative, including GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses, Clinical Pharmacists, Paramedics, First Contact Physios, and a large supportive admin team.
The practice is organised, stable, and flexible with working patterns, offering an excellent environment for a Practice Nurse with experience in treatment room work and long-term conditions (Diabetes and Respiratory). Funded training and professional development are fully supported.
Salary – Competitive, dependent on experience + NHS Pension + 5 weeks AL (pro rata, rising to 6 weeks after 5 years)
Location – Ipswich (easily commutable from Stowmarket and Bury St Edmunds)
