This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a practice at the heart of its local community, with a superb team of multi-disciplined team clinicians who work extremely well together. The practice has an excellent reputation amongst its patients and is a high-performing supportive practice that trains Registrars and Medical Students and is happy to upskill staff. Innovative ways of working and a real focus on the wellbeing of its employees.

Specifically, this practice is looking for a clinician that’s worked heavily within treating Diabetes and wishes to continue working in this area further. This surgery is not afraid to think outside the box as they wish to continually improve their levels of service to all patients for years to come.

Salary – £48,750 – £54,600 per annum (full time equivalent) + NHS pension + 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro-rata) + Bank Holidays excluded

Your role –

  • Part-time requirement – 2-3 days per week
  • Deliver exceptional levels of care
  • All face-to-face, pre-booked appointments
  • 10-30 minute appointment times
  • Focusing on Traditional Practice Nurse duties and Diabetes-related ailments
  • Special interests in long-term conditions beneficial but not mandatory
  • GP mentorship and support available
  • Primary Care experience ESSENTIAL
  • Independent Prescribing qualification is desired, but not essential
