This is an amazing opportunity for a Practice Nurse to join a very highly-respected GP surgery that is incredibly focused on the professional development of its multi-disciplined clinical team at an individual level.

This well-regarded practice is seeking a Practice Nurse who can utilise their skillset in Chronic Conditions to offer an exceptional level care to patients. As well as a lovely working environment, the opportunity for further progression and development is most certainly in place.

Salary – £46,800 – £52,650 FTE + NHS pension + 5-6 weeks annual leave + bank holidays excl.

Location – Wimbledon, South-West London

Your role –

• Full-time or Part-time Practice Nurse post – minimum 3 days per week
• Work closely with GPs and Nursing team on Respiratory and Diabetes patients
• Face-to-face appointments with patients
• No extended hours requirement + no home visiting
• Your own consulting room
• 15-30 minute appointments
• Primary care experience is essential
• Huge focus on the quality of care to patients, rather than trying to treat as many as possible
• Prescribing qualification not essential – will receive support on this
