This is a terrific opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a truly visionary practice and one that really appreciates feedback from its staff, listening to thoughts and feelings on a regular basis.

Due to this practice having a number of high-risk patients with frailty-related issues, they are in need of an ANP with clinical experience in treating frailty, as well as someone that can prescribe and is in possession of the full Masters (or equivalent).
