Salary Range: $500,000 – $600,000CAD (£250,000 – £300,000)

The practice:

Our client is a long-standing medical provider operating for over four decades, currently running four successful walk-in clinics with plans to expand to 30 clinics across Northern Ontario within the next two years—including their new site in Sault Ste. Marie. Each clinic is strategically located in communities of 40,000–50,000 people, ensuring exceptional patient flow from day one. This innovative group is also integrating its own pharmacy segment, with two new pharmacy locations opening by May, further enhancing patient access and continuity of care.

The clinics offer a fast-paced but highly supportive environment, with some doctors having been with the organisation for over 25 years—a testament to stability, culture, and strong staff retention.
