A well-established group of GP Training Practices in Tameside, rated ‘Good’ by the CQC, is seeking an experienced Primary Care Business Administrator. This role offers excellent career progression, with the potential to advance to Deputy Practice Manager. The practice is dedicated to supporting your professional development, providing opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and earn greater financial rewards.

With a strong administrative team already in place, they are looking for a highly organized Business Administrator to manage administrative tasks and data entry for a group of NHS doctor’s surgeries.

This fast-growing organization specializes in turning around underperforming practices, sometimes in record time—their quickest turnaround, completed in just 7 weeks, set an NHS England record. Despite their rapid growth, the group maintains a traditional culture, having operated as a doctor’s surgery since 1938. Many team members have been with them for decades, a testament to their commitment to staff well-being.

The practice uses EMIS Web and serves a combined patient population of around 33,200.

• £23,500k – £27,500k FTE
