Salary – £40,000 – £65,000 per annum FTE + NHS pension + Five Weeks Annual Leave

• Full-time, Advanced Nurse Practitioner
• Hybrid working

• 15 Minute appointments
• Deliver exceptional levels of care to all patients
• Telephone and video consultations
• Acute and same day presentations
• Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team
